Working with Jaxle Global & Partners, the team used Munich Medicals to document regional health trends across more than 2,000 records — one of the clearest demonstrations yet of what population-level data can do for outreach.

Each record is both an act of care for one person and a single data point in a much larger picture of community health.

With thousands of structured records, the questions change. Instead of "who did we see today?" a program can ask "which conditions are most prevalent here, and where should the next outreach go?"
